The role, at a glance: Biamp Applications Engineers assist customers with technical questions, product and design support, technical training, and occasional site visits. The position will require daily interaction with Biamp customers, consultants, and sales representatives dealing with a variety of complex technical issues. How you'll contribute: Provide amplifier and loudspeaker system support and troubleshooting over the phone, via email and via remote login Provide loudspeaker design suggestions using acoustical modeling software Coordinate returns of Biamp products as necessary Assist with product set-up and staging for demonstrations and trainings Accurately process and record all customer interactions using tech support case tracking software Other duties as assigned by your supervisor A successful candidate should have: Proficient in the use of Ease Focus 3 and EASE Addre...
