Job Description: - Highly skilled and experienced Senior Virtual/VMware Engineer to architect, implement, and manage our mission-critical virtualized environment leveraging VMware technologies. - This role demands a proactive, results-oriented individual capable of engineering and deploying complex virtual infrastructures that align with diverse business needs while ensuring optimal performance, security, and compliance. - As a subject matter expert, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of our VMware environment, driving initiatives in proactive monitoring, performance tuning, security hardening, and automated patching. - You will engineer robust disaster recovery and business continuity solutions, including the implementation of a NetApp/Cohesity-based backup and recovery strategy. - The ideal candidate possesses in-depth knowledge of VMware products, strong scripting and automation skills, a background in storage integration, and a proven ability to rapidly diagnose and resolve critical system issues. - Experience with Cisco UCS Hyperflex HX and Blade Servers is highly valued.
