Work with Product Leads, Design, and Test Engineering to cultivate Design-for-Test (DFT) and Micron Component & Module Test flow philosophy, with Yield, Quality and Product Engineering to root-cause and solve technical problems to improve Micron product quality, with Process Engineering to drive process improvement. Validate device performance in order to drive guidance. Define and debug test patterns and product issues and aid other specialists in product characterization. Understand the details of general device functionality specific to semiconductor memory products, as well as schematics and signal integrity. Work with Test Manufacturing, Product Engineering and Design Engineering to provide test guidance to improve product quality and yield along with outlining plans and priorities.
