Job description

As the Human Resources Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the HR Operations team in delivering meaningful HR support to AoPS employees and leadership across our nationwide organization. This role offers hands-on experience in core HR functions, including employee lifecycle management, HRIS administration, compliance, and process improvement initiatives. You will gain exposure to various aspects of People Operations while contributing to projects that help grow and strengthen the organization. The Human Resources Intern will: - Assist with employee lifecycle processes including onboarding and offboarding activities, new hire orientation coordination, and employee transitions. - Support HRIS data entry and maintenance, including processing routine employment changes and ensuring data accuracy - Help respond to employee phone and email inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general HR operations topics under the guidance of HR team members - Participate in the development and documentation of HR policies, standard operating procedures, and compliance-related materials - Assist with benefits administration tasks, including open enrollment support, benefits communica...
