Location: Vacaville, California The Director of Integrated Capex Planning plays a critical role in overseeing and enhancing integrated project planning processes to provide high-level visibility and reporting for the executive team. As a strategic thinker, the role owner must synthesize complex engineering and project delivery data into actionable insights, ensuring that all execution initiatives remain strictly aligned with broader organizational goals. Specifically, the position is responsible for the end-to-end planning, oversight, and reporting of strategic growth projects within the Advanced Synthesis Platform. Working in close collaboration with the End-to-End Program Lead, this role ensures the successful parallel execution of multiple large-scale projects while driving continuous improvement and the harmonization of operational processes to facilitate smooth execution throughout the Vacaville site.
