Hourly Nonexempt Position Position Overview: The Lead Emergency Services Officer provides shift‑level leadership to ensure continuous post coverage, operational consistency, and high‑quality performance across all security functions. This role acts as the primary liaison between Emergency Services Officers and Security Management, supporting a collaborative One Team culture. Responsibilities include leading incident response, maintaining situational awareness, enforcing standards, and promoting safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
