Principal Accountabilities: - assisting patients with mobility: ambulation, transfer, discharges and ROM activities - assisting patients with activities of daily living - performing post mortem care - measuring and recording I & O - performing EKG's, phlebotomy and blood glucose monitoring - observing and reporting changes in patients’ condition to the RN - maintaining phlebotomy equipment and inventory and all other duties as assigned Preferred: At Atlantic Health System, our promise to our communities is; Anyone who enters one of our facilities, will receive the highest quality care delivered at the right time, at the right place, and at the right cost.
