WHOOP is seeking a Senior Hardware Compliance Engineer to lead regulatory and compliance efforts across our hardware portfolio. This role will own end-to-end compliance strategy and execution for new product introductions and continuous improvement projects, ensuring our devices meet global regulatory, safety, and environmental standards. You will work cross-functionally with hardware, firmware, operations, quality, and external test labs to bring products to market efficiently and compliantly. RESPONSIBILITIES: Own and execute the hardware compliance strategy for new product introduction (NPI) and continuous improvement (CI) projects.
