WHOOP is seeking a Senior Hardware Compliance Engineer to lead regulatory and compliance efforts across our hardware portfolio. This role will own end-to-end compliance strategy and execution for new product introductions and continuous improvement projects, ensuring our devices meet global regulatory, safety, and environmental standards. You will work cross-functionally with hardware, firmware, operations, quality, and external test labs to bring products to market efficiently and compliantly. RESPONSIBILITIES: Own and execute the hardware compliance strategy for new product introduction (NPI) and continuous improvement (CI) projects. Plan, coordinate, and run compliance testing including (but not limited to): FCC / ISED / CE (EMC, RF) Safety (IEC/UL standards): SAR / RF exposure: Manage relationships with external test labs and certification bodies Drive pre-compliance testing and debug issues early in development to reduce risk Assess global regulatory requ...
