CNC Set-Up Operator-2nd Shift

We are seeking a CNC Set-Up Operator to join our 2nd shift team in Sandusky, where you will play a critical role in supporting our manufacturing operations. In this position, you’ll set up and operate CNC and conventional equipment to produce high-quality components while ensuring efficiency, safety, and adherence to production standards in a fast-paced environment. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: - Precision machine set-up and operating responsibilities. - Manufactures sufficient quantities of quality products at or below budgeted production costs in order to meet demand. - Sets up and operate CNC and other related equipment in a continuous production/processing operation. - Follows established procedures for operating various conventional and/or CNC manufacturing equipment for tasks such as cutting, punching, forming, drilling tapping, turning, milling and stamping to fabricate, form or shape manufactured parts, tools or parts assembly from raw materials. - Selects and measures raw materials and parts to specifications to prepare for production processing. - Resolves issues related to the or...
