We’re currently seeking a motivated individual to fill our open Part Time and Full Time - 1st and 2nd shift - Assistant Hand Assembly positions in New Paltz, NY. The Assistant Hand Assembly supports the final stages of the manufacturing process by preparing finished products for shipment. This hands-on role focuses on inspecting print quality, counting and stacking products, assembling partitions, and preparing boxes to meet customer specifications. This position is an entry-level opportunity and a natural stepping stone toward advancement into machine-support roles, including Assistant Machine Operator.
