A.Ş.: Customer Competency Center - Reporting Specialist We are strengthening our team in Customer Service at our location in Istanbul/Sultanbeyli.: What you can look forward to as Customer Competency Center - Reporting Specialist: - Ensure proper handling of customer requests and feedback across internal platforms; provide training when required - Monitor CCC performance indicators, prepare comprehensive KPI reports - Contribute to digital transformation initiatives and support ongoing process improvement activities - Report system errors on platforms, coordinating with the appropriate teams to ensure prompt resolution - Manage annual agreements, prepare and update sales reports, provide analytical insights and reports - Organize campaign data and manage incoming requests through the Sales Support pool - Ensure process quality compliance and keep documentation and workflows up to date Your profile as Customer Competency Center - Reporting Specialist: - Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Econometrics, Statistics, or a related field with several years of of similar experience...
