Helping People. Changing Lives. Must be fluent in two or more languages, including one that supports the needs of the program and community. As an Early Childhood Coach, you will play a vital role in planning and supporting the overall operations of our program. Working under the direction of the Education Coordinator, you'll provide essential feedback and guidance to help our teaching staff enhance their skills and provide the highest quality services to children and families. Your expertise will contribute to creating an enriching and developmentally appropriate learning environment. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in child development/early childhood education or related field. - Three years teaching experience with children ages 0-5 in a licensed setting. - One year in a supervisory or administrative position. - Must have Child Development Teacher Permit or higher. - Must have a valid California Driver’s License, a reliable insured vehicle, and an acceptable driving record. - Must provide certificates of completion of approved pediatric first aid and pediatric CPR training within (30) days of hire.
