Job description

DESCRIPTION: Duties: Lead the strategic planning and execution of product development for Pay-Ins, Channels, QR Code, and Direct Debit services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of payment solutions. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and industry trends, driving product innovation. Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback and business objectives. Manage the product lifecycle from concept through launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, vendors, and clients. Monitor product performance and user engagement, implementing Improvements to optimize user experience. Coordinate with sales, client services and implementations teams to develop go-to-market and client onboarding and servicing strategies.
