Job Purpose or Goals Full Time| Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM|: The IT Senior Director of Service Delivery provides recommendations regarding the company’s technical strategic direction, future growth and vision. This position is responsible for the management of the customer experience with IT and should be focused on increasing the strategic and operational effectiveness of service management processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and speed of IT services delivered. Tasks: - Accountable for ensuring multiple departments execute a comprehensive resource management plan that includes protecting time and labor cost accountability for project and service work. Validate and demonstrate effective resource management to IT Executive Leadership. - Responsible for managing the financial health (budget ownership) and physical resources that are being utilized by your departments. Ensure accountability inside your departments for fiscal discipline and positive resource management practices. - Foster an environment for leadership growth and development.
