Department: 11917 Carlyle Place Navicent Health - Facilities Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Monday thru Friday, On-Call one week each month Pay Range: $28.55 - $42.85 Major Responsibilities: - Conducts preventive maintenance tasks and repairs on basic facility systems and documents tasks through the computerized maintenance system. - Assists in evaluating and troubleshooting basic building system failures and performs repairs as directed. - Operates and monitors and maintains basic Utility System Infrastructure. - Assist in maintaining fire alarm and fire protection systems. - Supports the installation of building hardware, electrical devices, and wall finishes under supervision. - Maintains preventive maintenance records and equipment repair files for compliance. - Reads blueprints, Life Safety drawings and maintenance manuals to gain knowledge needed to complete assignments.
