Listed wages are based on company-wide ranges. Actual earnings will vary based on factors such as: restaurant brand, experience, education, geography, applicable minimum wage, unit volume(s), hours worked & potential overtime pay. OVERVIEW OF POSITION: - This person provides a complete food and beverage experience to guests. PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Sets up and maintains cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, food preparation units and equipment, tables, and other tools. - Prepare drink and simple food orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems. - Issue, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles. - Service food and beverages in a friendly and engaging manner insuring complete satisfaction with the service experience - Remove soiled beverage and food wares from bar and tables and place in designated area. - Transport supplies to bar set-up area.
