Job Description Summary: About the Role The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for supervising warehouse operators and coordinating daily warehouse activities to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate material handling in a manufacturing environment. This role provides hands‑on leadership, manages operational priorities, ensures system accuracy, and drives continuous improvement across warehouse processes. Key Responsibilities: Supervision & People Leadership: - Directly supervise, assign, and monitor daily work activities of warehouse operators - Provide on‑the‑job training, cross‑training, and coaching to develop skill versatility - Conduct performance evaluations and support employee development plans - Enforce attendance, productivity, safety, and conduct standards consistently - Participate in hiring, onboarding, and scheduling of warehouse personnel Warehouse Coordination & Planning: - Coordinate daily inbound, outbound, and internal material movements - Develop daily and weekly labor plans based on forecasts, production schedules, and shipping requirements - Manage dock scheduling, carrier check‑in, and yard activities where applicable - Prioritize work based on business need...
