Brief Position Description: The Office Manager is part of our Human Resources Team and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Office. Our environment is based on activity-based working, creating a dynamic place to work and adopting a flexible approach for all employees. Our Office Manager needs to be proactive, forward-thinking, and an engaged individual that can work effectively with different teams in different environments. Minimum Qualifications & Experience: Minimum of Associate’s and/or bachelor’s degree. Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager, or Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant experience working with leadership/executive team. Strong interpersonal skills and could build trust and respect with stakeholders and office team members. Proficient in Microsoft Office – intermediate level and ability to learn & use new technology systems quickly Responsibilities: Office Management Oversight: Ensuring the daily maintenance of meeting rooms, office rooms, and office-based technology.
