Description JOB SUMMARY: Are you ready to be a key player in a bustling kitchen? As a Dishmachine Operator (DMO) at Moose's Tooth, you’ll ensure that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are clean and sanitized, keeping our operations running smoothly. If you take pride in a tidy workspace and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! We are hiring for full-time and part-time positions. Weekend and evening availability is required. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Duties & Responsibilities: - Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and policy procedures - Gather bins of dishes and supplies from the kitchens - Organize dishes, utensils, and equipment for cleaning - Safely handle and change out dish machine chemicals as needed - Wash, sanitize, and dry all dishes and restaurant equipment - Deliver dishes, utensils, and equipment to their designated locations - Promptly report equipment quality issues to a Manager - Complete all opening, closing, and side duties - Work as a team with your fellow co-workers and treat each other with kindness and respect.
