Lead enterprise integration of Naval Identity Services (NIS)—Ping Identity, SailPoint, Radiant Logic, and CyberArk—across NTCSS applications supporting naval readiness and DoD Zero Trust mandates for FY2027. This role combines technical architecture leadership with Agile SAFe Scrum Master execution.
