The Customer Service Supervisor requires strong process analysis skills, organizational and communication skills, business acumen and ability to lead a diverse team. The Customer Service Supervisor will coordinate order management accountability within their team and stakeholders. What You'll Do: Supervise and provide direction to Customer Service Team including performance management. Direct reports for this role will range from 6-8 Customer Service team members.
