Step into a role where customer experience truly matters.: As a Customer Service Consultant at VELUX Türkiye, you will be a key contact point for our customers, ensuring smooth order management, professional support, and a consistently high service level across all customer touchpoints. Meet your future team: You will join a collaborative Customer Service team based in Maltepe, working closely with colleagues in Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Finance, and Aftersales. Together, the team supports dealers, end-users, installers, construction companies, and architects across Türkiye. The environment is dynamic, customer-oriented, and strongly focused on teamwork and continuous improvement.
