We are searching for a motivated and professional individual to join our Customer Service team. Customer Service Specialists aim to answer all questions that customers may have about their solar projects, and provide helpful solutions to their problems while seeking to create a positive experience. Duties/Responsibilities: Action all inbound calls, texts, and emails. Monitor live chats in Bird-Eye Assist with one-off, special projects assigned by your supervisor or manager Learn the solar process in-depth, and become a solar expert. Complete outbound calls to return voicemails, and follow up with Customers.
