Job Description Data Specialist- Afterschool Program: Job Summary: Assists the Afterschool Program Coordinator in the management of afterschool program data including collection and management, participant registration, enrollment, attendance, annual surveys, reports. Assists with additional tasks as assigned by Coordinator in the relation to overall program planning and day to day operations of the afterschool program. Minimum Qualifications: Equivalent of six months of part-time work experience (720 hours) in a field closely related to Afterschool and/or Youth Programming or 12 credit hours from an accredited school or university in a related field. Due to the nature of this position, the successful applicant must pass a required pre-employment background check and subsequent mandatory background checks in accordance with current County Human Resources policy requirements.
