Overview Scope of Position: The Director of Revenue Management is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team and plays a critical role in driving revenue performance and profitability for Seaport Hotel. This leader is responsible for developing and executing strategic pricing and inventory management initiatives across all distribution channels. Working closely with Commercial, Operations, and Finance teams, the Director will provide data-driven insights, lead revenue strategy discussions, and ensure optimal yield performance in a competitive, dynamic market. Responsibilities: Essential Functions: Pricing & Analytics: - Develop and execute demand-based pricing strategies across all room categories and channels to maximize revenue. - Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities. - Use forecasting tools (e.g., IDeaS, Lighthouse, Demand360, CoStar, ProfitSword) to inform pricing decisions and adjust tactics based on performance. - Lead weekly revenue strategy meetings and ensure alignment across commercial teams. - Conduct regular pricing reviews to maintain competitiveness and profitability across hotel and rental products. - O...
