160over90 is seeking an Account Executive that will be part of a dedicated team responsible for the day-to-day management of our client’s activation programs in the Payment Services category. This position will focus specifically on the client’s Olympic and Paralympic partnerships. Position will be based in New York City will report to a Senior Account Manager. Responsibilities include: Support the day-to-day management of the client’s global Olympic & Paralympic property partnerships, including assets, rights, and key stakeholder relationships, while identifying opportunities to translate partnership rights into broader brand, marketing, and cultural moments. Interact with and provide day-to-day communication with multiple client contacts, agencies, property partners, stakeholders, vendors and internal cross-disciplinary teams (strategy, creative, experiential, partnerships) to ensure Olympic and Paralympic programs are integrated across broader marketing efforts. Lead property approval processes, ensuring compliance with Olympic and Paralympic guidelines while providing thoughtful feedback to regional teams to help strengthen marketing impact, storytelling, and brand alignment.
