A Day in the Life: We hire around five hundred graduates and interns annually for entry-level positions and are recognized for fostering career growth. The NextGen Academy is a 12 month immersive program designed to launch your career in medical technology. It offers hands-on marketing experience and close collaboration with cross functional teams to support therapies, shape product positioning, and contribute to the launch of innovative solutions. The program is designed to develop you into a confident and capable future marketing professional, aligned with Medtronic’s mission to alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life.
