Role Description: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Appearance Monitoring Specialist to join our team at ARRISE. In this role, you will be responsible for continuously monitoring (24/7) the appearance of our employees to ensure compliance with our Appearance Guidelines. Responsibilities: Requirements: - Monitor live tables and report irregularities in employees’ appearance, ensuring compliance with approved Appearance Guidelines and company procedures, and offering improvement recommendations. - Create and update documentation related to employees' appearance. - Handle Appearance Change Requests submitted by employees. - Propose changes to existing procedures, guidelines, uniform items, and makeup/hairstyling looks. - Contribute to research and testin...
