Management may assign additional functions related to the type of work of the position as necessary. Bell County District Attorney's Office: We are looking for felony prosecutors with all levels of experience. Prosecutors in our office are responsible for intake evaluation, grand jury preparation, and prosecution through trial of assigned cases. In our office, you will have the opportunity to work with a group of career prosecutors and manage your own docket with all levels of felonies. Our office provides the resources for you to succeed, with benefits including your yearly CLE, state bar dues, and membership to both TDCAA and NDAA. We prefer a prosecutor with a minimum of two years of felony experience as a prosecutor, or equivalent.
