Team Manager | World of Books | Coventry (On-site) We’re the world’s largest seller of pre-loved books — a certified B Corp on a mission to become the Planet’s Bookstore. Since 2002 we’ve rehomed over 100 million books, and our Coventry warehouse is at the heart of how we do it. Every day our team processes thousands of books, getting them back into the hands of readers across the UK and beyond. We’re looking for a Team Manager to lead one of our warehouse operations teams and help us keep doing what we do — brilliantly. The role Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll have day-to-day accountability for either our Inbound or Outbound operation — leading a team of 6 Team Leaders, delivering against KPIs, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. This is a permanent, on-site role working a 4 on / 4 off rolling shift pattern, 8am–8pm. This is a modern site with a mix of automation and manual processes, handling high volumes of inbound and outbound activity.
