Job Description Summary This position would cover the post cast portion of the Hot Gas Path operations including welding, coating, machining, project planning, budget management to turn a cast product into a final product ready for the Gas Turbine. Impacts approaches, projects and programs in the functional area or affected business organization and ways of working. Impacts quality, efficiency and effectiveness of own team. The role has a high level of autonomy, requiring high levels of operational judgment with high levels of communication and coordination. Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities: Lead and support industrialization of advanced manufacturing processes (e.g., casting, brazing, coating, additive manufacturing, precision machining) for Hot Gas Path components including nozzles, buckets, shroud components.
