Role Summary To strengthen our Editorial team, we are looking for recent graduates who are eager to stay connected to scientific research by supporting researchers worldwide in publishing their latest results. This is a full-time, in-office, entry-level, and permanent position based in our Philadelphia office . As an Assistant Editor , you will: Support the editorial process for journals in Physical Science Organize and manage the peer review process for submitted manuscripts Handle professional email communication with authors, reviewers, and editors throughout the publication process Collaborate closely with members of the editorial and production teams Ensure scholarly articles are accurately edited and published according to tight deadlines, maintaining a high degree of consistency and quality Requirements: Education A PhD in a relevant field is required, including but not limited to: Physics, Theoretical Physics, Condensed Matter Physics Applied Physics, Materials Physics, Particle Physics Nuclear Physics, High Energy Physics, Space Physics Quantum Physics, Astrophysics, Cosmology: Atomic and Molecular Physics, Nuclear Science and Technology Plasma Physics, Acoustics: Skills a...
