Description The Department of Psychology in the College of Arts and Science at New York University seeks applicants for a full-time, non-tenure-track Visiting Lecturer in its undergraduate and graduate programs. This position will start in September 2025, pending final budgetary and administrative approval. The duties of the position include: 1) teaching multiple courses in the undergraduate and graduate psychology programs in personality and social psychology, 2) student advising and research/thesis mentoring, and 3) collaborating with faculty. Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have extensive teaching experience in research focusing on personality and social psychology, with a track record of teaching methods and statistics classes. The candidate will be conducting research with faculty and advising students. Candidates should specify their experience and knowledge of relevant research approaches in personality and social psychology in their cover letter (2 pages maximum) and CV .
