Position Overview: This position will handle information regarding motor vehicle titles and registration processes. The Senior Processing Specialist Admin is administratively adept and organized with handling files and maintaining documents. This position is responsible for accurately maintaining functional reporting. A strong attention to detail is required. This position will also be responsible for all aspects of select clients, to include processing, invoicing research, customer service, and other duties assigned. Overtime may be required. Qualifications: - Accurately maintain functional reporting - Maintaining Intermediate knowledge of TNR processing as related to all vessels titles plus basic understanding of client systems. - Maintaining knowledge of DMV laws and regulations related to vehicle titles. - Run and Maintain Daily Reporting - Track and Monitor Supply/Inventory - Provide Administrative support for office operations - Participate and complete developmental training sessions related to job description - Maintain KPI - Data analysis - Data enter key information into internal applications - Develop and maintain product, process, and technical knowledge related to proc...
