Job description

Chemical Loaders at this site are responsible for the safe and efficient loading and unloading of liquid hazardous materials into railcars and trucks while following all company and customer procedures. Job Requirements & Qualifications: - Must follow all OSHA safety standards and be safety conscious. - Must possess and maintain an active Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card and a valid Driver’s License with reliable means of transportation to and from work. - Must be 18 years of age and legally able to work in the US - Demonstrated stable work history with positive references from previous employers, indicating reliability and competence. - Successfully pass drug screening test as well as physical and background check. Essential Job Functions: - Ensure that railcars and/or trucks are correctly positioned and secured at the loading rack before initiating the transfer process. Check the last product contained in the vehicle for compatibility with the current loading operation. - Conduct a visual inspection of the railcar and/or truck to identify any defects or mechanical issues that may pose safety hazards or regulatory non-compliance.
