Job description

The Sr Director, Sales leads and inspires a high-performing team of Sales Managers and Sales Representatives in the Optical Lens industry. This position utilizes Salesforce CRM, drives revenue growth, and has a strong understanding of selling to both doctors and labs. Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Managers and Sales Representatives to exceed sales targets. Build and maintain a high-performance culture focused on accountability, clear expectations, and continuous improvement. Oversee territory management and ensure optimal coverage and resource allocation. Define and communicate clear performance expectations and KPIs across the sales organization. Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and drive data-informed decisions. Use data to inform segmentation strategies, pricing models, and promotional campaigns. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share and grow revenue. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers including optometrists, ophthalmologists, opticians, and lab partners.
