What You’ll Be Doing: - Coordinate and manage daily job scheduling for technicians - Dispatch plumbers and electricians efficiently across the region - Monitor job progress and adjust schedules in real-time - Communicate clearly with field staff and customers - Handle inbound calls and prioritise urgent work - Follow up bookings, updates and job completions - Maintain accurate records in our CRM system - Work closely with the customer service and operations teams - This role is fast-paced and requires someone who can think ahead, stay calm under pressure and keep multiple moving parts aligned.
