Morgan Stanley's Wealth Management division is seeking a skilled professional to join our Consulting Group as a key contributor to our Investment Advisory Programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management capabilities and an understanding of Investment Advisory programs, ensuring the effective execution of our business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, platforms, compliance, and sales, to implement program initiatives, enhance processes, and resolve operational issues. Develop and analyze pipeline reports to track potential enrollments using data from Asset Managers. Assist in creating marketing materials and maintaining program collateral and internal websites. Conduct periodic reviews as per documented Control Procedures and escalate findings to relevant business groups. Prepare and maintain presentations and project documentation. Support the offboarding process for products from the UMA and SMA programs. Enhance, maintain, and organize business informational archives, procedural, and policy documents.
