Part time position JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Ensure displays are set to plan-o-grams · Check and report product voids · Maintain ad hoc merchandising · Manage inventory levels minimizing out of stocks and dump · Execute all sales programs, POP (point of purchase) materials, and work to maximize sales in each store · Set new stores and perform required resets · Manage in-store customer fulfillment programs to include scan-based trading and web based ordering · Travel to customer store locations as required within a specific geographical area · Assist with customer service issues or complaints · Complete pricing surveys as required · Perform other duties as assigned · Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately · The requirements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employee, Qualifications: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: · High school diploma or equivalent preferred · 2 to 4 years of retail, customer service, or related experience · Certification and/or License – may be required during course of employment KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: · Excellent customer service skills · Able to interact posi...
