POSITION SUMMARY: The Total Rewards Analyst is a specialized HR analytics professional responsible for analyzing, evaluating, and supporting the administration of compensation and benefits programs. This role leverages Workday, advanced Excel capabilities, and data visualization tools to transform complex datasets into actionable insights that ensure pay programs are equitable, market‑competitive, compliant, and aligned with company objectives. The position plays a critical role in supporting total rewards strategy through data‑driven analysis, modeling, and reporting. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Data Analysis & Reporting - Perform deep‑dive analysis of compensation and benefits data to identify trends, anomalies, risks, and cost‑saving opportunities. - Develop recurring and ad‑hoc reports, dashboards, and financial models to support leadership decision‑making. - Analyze merit cycles, incentives, benefit utilization, enrollment trends, and overall total rewards spend.
