Overview: How you can make a difference The People Program Manager is the operational backbone that keeps the entire People team running with clarity and visibility. Reporting directly to the VP, People Experience, in their capacity as Chief of Staff to the Chief People Officer, this role serves as the eyes and ears across all People team programs and initiatives. The scope spans every function within the People organization. This role does not own or run these programs; it tracks statuses, surfaces risks, synthesizes information, and ensures that the right people always have a clear and accurate picture of what is happening and where things stand.
