Job Description: We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Expert to act as a trusted advisor for our clients, supporting them in designing, implementing, and optimizing compensation and benefits solutions using our C&B product. This is a client-facing, consultative role combining deep subject-matter expertise with strong analytical and communication skills. Qualifications: Advise clients on end-to-end Compensation & Benefits solutions using our C&B product, including benchmarking, pay structures, incentives, and benefits.
