Job description

This position is responsible for general labor duties including maintaining the building and grounds for the Waste Pro facility. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: - Responsibility for general building maintenance - Responsibility for maintaining cleanliness of facility including restrooms, storage areas, garages and grounds. - Walks property to check for repairs - Removes environmental hazards - Parking lot maintenance -cleans and maintains a safe parking lot and outlying property. - Maintains the ground foliage including grass, plants and trees. Mows grass, trims trees, weeds flower beds, edges borders, and cleans gutters as needed. - Paints specified areas as determined Qualifications: - Employees in this job classification must attend and participate in corporation sponsored training courses as assigned. - Employees in this job classification are responsible for keeping up to date on current technology, as job appropriate, being used by Waste Pro - Any additional job duties that may be assigned by the Supervisor - Ability to perform labor work - High School education/GED or equivalent preferred - Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools - Ability to follow directions and work as...
