The VDH is made up of a statewide Central Office in Richmond and 35 local health districts. The Virginia Department of Health Pittsylvania-Danville Health District is seeking a qualified candidate for a Population Health Community Coordinator role. The Population Health Community Coordinator serves as the Healthy Communities Coordinator for the local health district’s efforts to work on developing and implementing environmental strategies to improve population health. Represents the health district at community events and assists, as necessary, in the coordination of health community activities.
