Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties: At the direction of the Project Manager, the supervisor will serve as primary representative; manage contract-related matters, notices, deliverables, and daily operations to include (but not limited to): - Oversee building maintenance, ensure uninterrupted service, and liaise with Contracting Officer - Implement Quality Control Program and ensure legal compliance - Supervise staffing, subcontracting, and Building Operating Plan - Administer NCMMS and oversee energy/water efficiency programs - Supervise safety, environmental compliance, and system maintenance - Coordinate additional services and prepare required reports - Ensure staff training and certification; manage emergency response - Coordinate with contractors and Government personnel - Implement sustainable pra...
