JOB DESCRIPTION: VICE PRESIDENT DIRECTOR OF INTEGRATED STRATEGY: Marketing & Innovation Reports to: SVP or EVP , Integrated Strategy Job Summary The VP Director, Integrated Strategy defines and leads the strategic vision for integrated brand and engagement strategy across a significant portion of the portfolio. You serve as a senior executive advisor to clients and internal leadership, ensuring integrated strategy drives brand differentiation, engagement excellence, and measurable business growth. You oversee strategic leaders across accounts while shaping capability development, innovation, and commercial expansion within Integrated Strategy. This role requires enterprise-level thinking within healthcare marketing, deep pharmaceutical expertise, and the ability to align strategy, performance, and growth objectives across complex organizations.
