BASIC PURPOSE: The Corps Program Assistant supports the Corps Officers in planning and implementing comprehensive youth and community outreach programs for the Roseville Corps. This position provides leadership in developing and coordinating after-school tutoring, mentoring, and spiritual growth activities, while ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for all participants. The role also includes managing program logistics, supporting volunteers, and building relationships with families and community partners. As a member of the ministry team, the Corps Program Assistant helps represent The Salvation Army’s mission and values within the Corps and the broader community.
