Job description

The Galaxyland Duty Manager is responsible for assisting in the supervision of staff and ensuring all responsibilities are being met and all staff are trained adequately. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Providing daily leadership and supervising all Ride Operators, Game Attendants, Cashiers, Drive Attendants and Supervisors. - Assisting with recommending, designing and implementing of staff training programs and procedures. - Conducting daily routine walk-throughs of the park to ensure productivity and customer service. - Assisting with interviewing, hiring, training, and performance management of all Ride Operators, Game Attendants, Cashiers and Drive Attendants. - Completing opening and closing duties and ensuring all operational needs are being met. - Assisting the Assistant Manager and Manager with inventory control and management. - Assisting with the preparation of weekly schedules when necessary. - Overseeing daily spot checks, cash outs and mail runs while ensuring that all company policies and procedures are being adhered to by staff members at all times. - Ensuring all employees have up to date information regarding West Edmonton Mall’s parks and attractions. - Responding to...
