Job description

Position Overview: - Demonstrates strong leadership abilities through motivating others to reach goals and continuously improve - Prioritize and assign tasks, establish procedures, provide instruction - Evaluate and review tasks with team members upon completion - Perform daily assessments of work area to ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are achieved - Evaluate various quality and safety matters resulting from daily production activity.
