Executive Director Human Resources - ( 260000OX ) Description Job Overview The Executive Director of Human Resources, under the guidance of the Chief Human Resources Officer, provides strategic leadership and operational oversight of the district's human resources functions to ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. As a key advisor to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the Executive Director promotes a culture of excellence, equity, accountability, and continuous improvement across all human resources programs and related services.
